YOU'RE not very intelligent in the concept of spelling "you're" and "your" in the the right sentence

Is this person saying that they're right in using "you're" in the title???

I didn't even read the rest of the forum post after the highlighted words

But then they say, "So what is your favorite theme"

???

Again, I don't know who the hell this is, but good lordy, this irritated me.
